Michael D. Burkhart O.D.

Myerstown Family Eye Care, located at 107 W. Main Ave., Myerstown is owned by Optometrist Michael D. Burkhart. The practice was opened May 1, 2000.

Dr. Burkhart graduated from Tulpehocken High School in 1985, then completed his undergraduate studies at Albright College in Reading in 1989. He then attended optometry school at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, graduating in 1993.

Dr. Burkhart is an active member of the Masons and the Myerstown Rotary Club. He was recently included in Strathmore's 'Who's Who?'. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
